Biography
Nana Wilson Suh was called to the Cameroon Bar in May 2011. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nana and Associates Law Office in Bamenda. He was appointed as a Member of the Court of Arbitration and Mediation of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts from October 2017 to October 2021 and later as a Member of the Technical Committee of the said institution since July 2022. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Fellow Peer Interviewer of the Institute. He specializes in commercial, sports and investment arbitration. He participates in Arbitration and Mediation Trainings regularly and has received certificates from many institutions including World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), ERSUMA, NAS Africa, Juris Intelligence, Nivaaran Mediators of Supreme Court of India, DACC, etc. He was in 2024 nominated by ICC Cameroon as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for 2024-2027 Mandate. He is a Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation USA.
